Using this site or submitting a form does not create a lawyer-client relationship or any advisory relationship, and does not guarantee any outcome or recovery.
Referrals
Any referral to a lender, capability institution or ODR provider is neutral. MSMEs retain choice of provider. Providers retain all their own decisions.
Statutory routes
The statutory MSEFC pathway and all court and arbitral routes remain available and are not replaced by MSME Catalyst.
